SPS 2013: At the United States Naval Academy

SPS was fortunate enough this morning to be able to visit the United States Naval Academy, hosted by USNA Political Science Professor Stephen Wrage.  Dr. Wrage gave our group an insider's tour of the Academy grounds (aka "the Yard"), and then spoke with our group about the enhanced interrogation/torture issue that SPS has been considering recently.
