After exploring DC during the first week and a half of SPS, this evening the St. Albans School of Public Service ventured outside the Beltway for a July 4 outing to a carnival in Walkersville, Maryland (Frederick County) to benefit the Woodsboro Volunteer Fire Department. As you can see from the photos, SPS 2012 thought it was worth the trip!
