SPS 2013: Annual Alumni Garden Party and Dinner

The rather soggy DC weather cooperated enough to let us put the "Garden" in Garden Party (but the mosquitoes did not get the memo).  It was great seeing St. Albans School of Public Service alums from over the years (SPS '06 was the earliest this year) and even some former SPS faculty members!
