SPS 2013: A Night at an All-American Country Carnival
There's not much that is more all-American than spending an evening at a carnival, complete with ice cream, fried dough, and Ferris Wheels. Tomorrow it's back to work for the St. Albans School of Public Service Class of 2013, but tonight was all about enjoying a warm summer evening with friends.
