SPS 2017: Celebrating Independence Day at the Walkersville Volunteer Fire Department Carnival

After attending a sneak preview last night of the D.C. Independence Day celebration (the dress rehearsal of "A Capital Fourth"), tonight the St. Albans School of Public Service Class of 2017 headed outside the beltway to Frederick County, Maryland, for the annual* July 4 SPS outing to the Walkersville Volunteer Fire Department Carnival. (*Yes, yes, alums from that one year who are harrumphing right now -- we didn't go the year a huge lightning storm was predicted -- Ferris Wheels are not grounded!)
