SPS 2017: A Rainy Day Visit to Georgetown University

A little rain wasn't enough to chase away a group of St. Albans School of Public Service students from a college tour at nearby Georgetown University today.  With umbrellas provided by SPS, and their own willingness to brave a puddle or two to learn about this great university, the college tour proceeded with no problem (and, for that matter, no sun!).
