SPS 2017: Visit to Arlington National Cemetery and the U.S. Marine Corps Sunset Parade at the Iwo Jima Memorial

Any DC-based public service program would be remiss without a visit to Arlington National Cemetery, final resting place of so many who gave their lives in the service of the nation.  This evening, the St. Albans School of Public Service program visited Arlington National Cemetery, where SPS '17 walked the grounds and witnessed the moving Changing of the Guard at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.  SPS '17 then boarded shuttle buses to the nearby Iwo Jima Memorial for a parade by the United States Marine Corps Drum and Bugle Corps and Silent Drill Platoon.
