SPS 2017: Dress Rehearsal for the Capital Fourth

DC insiders (which, of course, now includes the members of the St. Albans School of Public Service Class of 2017) know that if you don't want to brave the truly daunting July 4 traffic and crowds to witness the "A Capital Fourth" concert at the U.S. Capitol, you can attend the full dress rehearsal the evening before.  Nothing like a picnic dinner on the lawn of the Capitol followed by a full concert to get SPS '17 into the Independence Day frame of mind.
