After a fascinating morning touring the U.S. Naval Academy and discussing military ethics with Professor Stephen Wrage, SPS is back to the civilian side of things with a visit to the Maryland State House and Maryland Delegate James Gilchrist (see top photo below) of the Maryland General Assembly. We are in the grand chamber of the House of Delegates now, engaging in a Q&A with Delegate Gilchrist about a range of state issues, from budgetary to political.
